Why Can’t I print from email or Yahoo, yet I can print from MS Word and other software?

When writing letters in MS Word there is no problem in printing. et, while on MY Yahoo I can not print an email message.

Try removing/uninstalling the printer driver, restart the computer and reinstall the drivers.

don’t know, but just copy it to word and print for the time being if it’s an important document
