Email Marketing Software

i need some software that will automatically send me an e-mail with an attached data log file (.dat) from a server i have at my work . i need to do this so that i can check the log file to make sure that everything is alright with a certain program that is running. any information would be greatly appreaciated. thanks!
there is no e-mails server software. the server is being used for radius to authenticate users.

I have no Fax machine and I’d like to send and receive Fax from my Computer. So, name those softwares and tell me please how I can download those programs for free.

I have been E-maling a friend in Russia and they have had a hard time understanding the English E-mails I have been sending.So I was wondering if there is anything out there that I could send an E-mail here in the U.S. and have it Recieved in Russia in Russian?

when open emil it down loads with out the knolge of the person who is opening it.

can you install spyware on somes pc through e-mail if they just simply open the e-mail??? even if they dont click a link or open an attachment as well? which programs could do this, I am just wondering I think someone may have done it to me?

I want to send a web page directly as e-mail, not as an attachment. Is there any free software available to do this ?
