Email Marketing Software

I’ve pressed the tab on the tool bar to attach a word file to my email but nothing happens, is there any other way to attach a word file?

is there an email spy software that allows you to see someone’s email that doesn’t have an email with a web based email provider (yahoo, msn e.t.c.)?? I’ve seen email spys and they say we only allow for people who have an email with Yahoo, Msn, Aol…..Is there one for someone that has a work email. for example if someone worked at Outback Steakhouse: JohnDoe@OutbackSteakhouse.com Thank you.
