Email Marketing Software

Is there a way to find out if someone has installed spy software onto my computer? Software that logs keystrokes, emails, chat etc?

recovery but no luck,any suggestions,is it really possible to recover an email which is deleted from the trashbin of yahoo id.pls help .

Such as, if I’m working in a word document, I’d like to know if a new email has come in without having to close-out or minimize my word doc. Is’nt there some-kind of bell or flashing light that can place an “Alert” signal on my task bar, or something like that?

What types of computer (hardware and software, year, model,…etc) should i buy for:
1.) receptionist who is visually impaired
2.) R&D engineer, who uses drawing prg like AutoCAD, and object oriented programming languages.
3.) Product Marketing Manager, who travels alot, uses alot of media, spreadsheets, email, etc….

I am a realtor, and need to up my marketing in my area. Instead of paying internet companies to make stuff that I can make better myself, I would like a new program, besides publisher, that I can use. I am just interested in what others use and like.
