Email Marketing Software

I know you can request a read-receipt but if the person rejects it, then you still don’t know if it was opened, read or deleted? I heard at one time AOL would let you delete a email that had been sent to a recipient as long as they had not read it.. Like if you sent it & then changed your mind you could take it back. I just need to know if there is a EP that has these features?

I would now like to close out aol and only use yahoo(upgraded). How do I proceed so that I only use yahoo for email and forwarding photos.

Using AOL software as a reference, there is a number next to your email box that changes when you get a mail. So if you have none and you get 1, it does the “you’ve got mail thing” and the #1 now shows up without you having to do anything. What other free email services are like that??

Recently, my sister has downloaded the PeoplePC software from its website. She wanted me to remove the AOL software from the computer. Can you tell me how to do this without deleting or messing up her AOL email account? She still has it while currently subscribing to PeoplePC. I appreciate your help.
