Email Marketing Software

I have a need to send a lot of similar emails to the customers of my small business. I currently use Outlook to read/send email and use the draft facility to send emails over and over again.

What I need is a way of setting up a number of different emails with various fields which can be set as variables – eg their name, todays date, invoice amounts, etc.

I then need to be able to complete a simple form, with these details/variables add the recipients email address and the software goes off and send the email via my normal ISP.

Not sure I explained this very well but if you have any ideas I would love to hear them.
