How can I creat HTML newsletter and have subscripe/unsubscrip email to be used in my website, which hosted in Windows server. if any good software which can solve my requierments please guide me for that. Thanks to all. Sam

you may want to consider something like subetha (http://subetha.tigris.org/) or mailman (http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/ – The current stable GNU Mailman version is 2.1.9, released on 12-Sep-2006)
Some CMS (Content Managements Systems for websites) have some of this functionality. (See DotNetNuke, Rainbow CMS if you are tied to a Windows Server.)
