   1. Invent product(s).
   2. Invent marketing system for said products.
   3. Hire attorneys to review your business plan, investigate your proposed operations to ensure it is not a Ponzi Scheme or fall afoul of other legal regulations, and then incorporate your biz.
   4. Start marketing your products and your business system to obtain distributors for your products.
   5. At this point, you might be able to attract investors if your products and system are so successful that you need expansion capital.

   Hard Way? – Make everything yourself, from scratch. Gets Expensive.

   Easier way:
   Use business models that are already in place.
