Is there a program I can import all my email addresses and send different promo stuff at the push of a button?

I have a few companies and would like to create newsletters for all of them. I want to know if there is a program or software where I could imput all of my email addresses, and when I create a newletter, just select the email addresses that I would like the newsletter or whatever materials to be sent to.
