For Yahoo, you have to buy one of their Yahoo email programs to get the pop forwarding access. I do not recommend this though, because without explanation it may suddenly quit working and no one at Yahoo will respond with help. Check some other email programs and see if they offer pop forwarding.
If the program you use now has the ability to export mail and contact details, then do so and import it into Outlook Express.
You also need to go into Outlook’s settings and configure the POP and SMTP servers. You should be able to find this information in the settings of your current program. If not, try getting in touch with the company that provides your email and ask them what to do (or check their webpage to see if the have instructions there).
Simply setup the ingoing and outgoing SMTP settings.
