Email Marketing Software

Please read and tell me what you think. Today I bought music software from this guy at a flee market. He had it before me and used the serial number, so I can’t make a new account with that serial number.

So my only option would be to log into his account and use that. The problem is I would need his email address and password. Do you think if I called the company that sold him it, they would give me his phone number so I could get that information off him? I can’t call now because the Business is closed but I’d like to know now if I could. Thanks for your help.
