Email Marketing Software

When I send certain emails, I would like to know of the emails were read or if I’m just being ignored. Also, any email programs that show if I have been deleted from someone’s email or blocked. I’m looking for a providor that does this (i.e. yahoo, comcast, verizon) even though I know they don’t provide this service

I want to send SMS to an email address. What hardware/software do I need on my computer to be able to send the SMS. Also do I need SIM card? And do I need a service plan from one of the cell phone network providers? In specific, what is the hardward called that I need? Many thanks in advance!
