Email Marketing Software

I have a list of 15,000 email addresses however there are about 1,000 duplicates. I am looking for a way to remove the duplicates without sorting alphabetically in excel and removing manually.

I have just been informed in a yahoo answer that the reason my “Send a page” and “Send a link” by email don’t work, is because I have no email program running in the background. But that leads to my question above.

it’s probably really easy, but..
i’m trying to add an AIM email address for AIM to check and there’s a field that says:
POP3 Server Name:
POP3 Email Program:
what do i put in these fields ?

Is it possible to find out the IP adress of the PC from an e-mail was sent to me?

My hard drive crashed and I was using Vista. I recovered all of my data (including windows installation drive) from the bad hard drive and copied it on a new hard drive and then I installed a fresh operating system. I was using live mail, now is there any way to extract my live mail emails from recovered data? and use it on newly installed live mail software?

And also I would like to know the IP number and city of the emails I receive..

Someone told me that a special software exists for that, which can works with any mail server ( MSN, Yahoo,etc…)
Which software ? And where can I find it ?

I want to be able to send newsletters to my customer and stream video, as well. I know I will need several different software bundles. What I want to know is whether the two systems will conflict if they are on the same machine or will they work side by side without problems?

I dont have a fax machine but i have email. Isn’t there an email program that takes the email, converts it to a FAX message and sends it to a FAX??

This seems like it should be easy to do but i can’t believe this hasn’t been invented.

I don’t have fax machine and it’s tedius having to go to Fed Ex all the time jut for a fax.
