Any Software that will Capture or Store Emails in 1-2 Steps?
Hi,
I wanted to store all of my emails in one storage place without forwading them one by one. I have a Seagate portable 300GB drive but it doesnt have that capability. Is there a software and/or device that would let you highlight and drag all of the emails in one or two steps and at the same time, let you sort them out (ie. business or personal emails, etc.) Thanks
Thanks TM for your advice. Sorry, I mean’t some personal emails that are on my employer’s Outlook. I dont want to auto-forward all of them cause some emails are confidential and owned by my employer. Thanks
You question is quite unclear my dear … i think you mean you have Outlook and your emails are between more than one computer .. if so .. i suggest the easiest thing is to get an online account make the other email accounts auto forward all the mail to it
Gmail gives 2.7 giga bytes storage online for emails.

Hmm, i got your point now, i’m afraid outlook does not do that like you said. but it can sort them for you.
You can use the Messages Rules in Outlook to forward each email that has some specified word in it automatically each time it arrives.
